International Purchasing Assistant

1. Cooperate with department managers to search for foreign brand products and establish preliminary contacts.
2. Place orders to suppliers, follow up on delivery, arrange payment, coordinate after-sales issues, etc.
3. For imported products with original packaging, contact the forwarder to pick up the goods, book the space, and prepare the import documents for customs declaration and inspection.
4. Establish supplier files, cooperate with department managers to evaluate suppliers and optimize supply channels.
5. Cooperate with managers to establish import ledger and update the report regularly.
6. Searching exhibition information, arrange exhibition visits, etc.

1. Language ability: English CET-6 and above, smooth reading and writing in English, able to read and write emails in English.
2. Professional and experience: over 1 year working experience, English, international trade, science and engineering majors are preferred, and work experience in mechanical and electrical products related industries is preferred.
3. Educational requirements: full-time bachelor degree or above

Purchasing Engineer

1. Responsible for the purchase of mechanical and electrical products and other products.
2. Contact suppliers for inquiring, comparing, negotiating and reach cooperation, sign contracts and arrange payment, etc.
3. Cooperate with department managers to evaluate suppliers and optimize supply channels.
4. Make purchase plan according to market demand.
5. Learn to understand the product, organize training about learning product knowledge. (Collaborative Marketing Department)

1. Language ability: CET-4 and above, able to understand common product terms.
2. Professional and experience: over 2 years working experience, professional background in science and engineering, working experience in related industries of mechanical and electrical products is preferred.
3. Educational requirements: full-time bachelor degree or above.

International sales

1. Responsible for the development of the product's overseas market, exploring potential markets and customers.
2. Investigate and analyze overseas sales markets; optimize sales plans; establish customer files.
3. Responsible for the development and maintenance of international trade customer relations, implementation of prices, purchase and sales contracts, recovery of payment, and export declarations of goods.

1. Language ability: CET-4 and above, able to understand common product terms.
2. Professional and experience: over 2 years working experience, professional background in science and engineering, working experience in related industries of mechanical and electrical products is preferred.
3. Educational requirements: full-time bachelor degree or above.

Domestic sales

1. Responsible for the sales of products in the domestic market and maintain existing customer channels.
2. Investigate and analyze the domestic market; optimize sales plans; explore potential markets and new customers.
3. Implement related work and procedures such as price, purchase and sale contracts, and payment collection.

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, mechanical or electrical chemical engineering, etc.
2. Have more than 2 years of sales experience.
3. According to the development plan formulated by the company, doing sales and related specific work cooperatively.
4. Establish and complete customer files, do a good job in telephone and door-to-door meet with customers;
5. Timely summarize and report the problems in the business progress, and put forward suggestions for improvement;
6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in using common office software
7. Good thinking, strong learning ability, good character, positive working attitude.
